 Over the past few years Eugene Katchalov has been making quite a name for himself on the poker circuit. First pocketing a WCOOP bracelet, he followed this up recently with a win at the 2001 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure $100,000 High Roller event. As well as these high profile successes, Katchalov has continued to play in the highest mixed games available online and in a host of other live poker tournaments. He has finished deep in the money at a huge number of live events and the result has been the accumulation of over $6 million in poker earnings.
The cherry on the top for Katchalov however has undoubtedly been the invitation to join Team Pokerstars. The young star accepted this offer without hesitation and in doing so has joined the likes of Daniel Negraneau and other top poker pros. There is no doubt that Katchalov has earned his status as a legendary player despite only having been playing poker professionally since 2003. It is clear this young poker player has a long and successful poker career ahead of him.
Katchalova can be found at the tables on PokerStars as “E.Katchalov” and will be playing with the rest of the team at upcoming live events and online.
